Meet Dr. Amy Denicke
Dr. Amy’s approach to health didn’t start in a clinic—it started by helping people rebuild their bodies through movement. As the founder of Core Flex in Aspen, she worked closely with clients to correct imbalances and restore function from the ground up.
But she quickly saw a pattern: many people weren’t getting better… because the root cause wasn’t being addressed.
That realization led her to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University, and eventually advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (FMCP).
Today, she specializes in helping patients finally connect the dots—addressing gut issues, hormone imbalances, chronic inflammation, and detoxification at the source.
Her goal is simple: help you understand your body, restore balance, and feel like yourself again.

As it turns out, we are out of network with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid but certain items are HSA/FSA eligible expenses.
Do I have to be local to be a member?
We work virtually with individuals located anywhere in the state of Colorado.

Can I use my insurance?
Depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may get covered for some of the specialty labs that we contract with. Superbills can be provided to you for submittal, although there is no guarantee of coverage. Some of our services may be covered through HSA/FSA funds but not guaranteed.
